Saif and Kareena to get married on October 16

If the grapevine was to be believed in June 2012, actress Kareena Kapoor was set to tie the knot with her beau Saif Ali Khan that October — but she was mum about it at the time.

She dodged questions related to her wedding at an event in Mumbai on June 6, 2012. Asked if she browsed through bridal wear online, Kareena replied: "Your question doesn't interest me."

Kareena, then the brand ambassador of Sony Vaio laptops in India, faced the wedding-related queries on the sidelines of the launch of its new campaign, "Spark a Trend."

Meanwhile, Saif's family members, including his mother Sharmila Tagore and sister Soha Ali Khan, had reportedly said that the wedding would be October 16 that year. Asked to confirm the date, Kareena chose not to respond.
