Archive: Free Art of Living Intro Talk in the Naperville Area (June 2014)

From the TI archives — this community notice originally ran in June 2014 for an event that has long since taken place. It stays here as a small record of Naperville's community life.
In June 2014, the Naperville Diary carried this notice from Nrupendra Shah, a semi-retired anesthesiologist and Art of Living teacher, offering a free introductory talk on the Happiness Program — the Art of Living's well-known course built around pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and practical stress-management techniques.
The free session took place on June 14, 2014, in Willowbrook, Illinois, and included short video clips and a question-and-answer round. The Art of Living, founded by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in 1981, is a volunteer-driven nonprofit with a long record of community service and disaster-relief work.
